Welcome to PARS Environmental, Inc. (PARS) SEAPORT Enhanced (SEAPORTe) website
|
PARS Environmental, Inc. (PARS) and its entire PARS Team are extremely proud to be part of NAVSEA’s SEAPORTe
Team. In 2002, the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) promulgated
Seapower 21. It provides a framework to align, organize and integrate
the U.S. Navy to meet the wide variety of challenges that lie ahead. The CNO
called upon the entire Navy, including Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and
the Warfare Centers (WCs), to find ways to become more efficient and
effective. SeaPort Enhanced (SEAPORT-e) makes electronic procurement
of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA's
Warfare Center community a reality. SEAPORT-e extends the current
procurement vehicle, SeaPort, by leveraging SeaPort's successful business
model and efficiencies. The integration of SeaPort and SEAPORT-e
emphasizes NAVSEA's strong commitment to customers and industry partners
alike. Together, SeaPort and SEAPORT-e will help NAVSEA reduce costs
and promote business efficiencies in the effort to lead the Navy on a
successful course. PARS Team
is READY do what is necessary to make this Vision a Reality. Visit the NAVSEA SeaPort-e website for more information PARS is a Woman-Owned Business
Enterprise (WBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and an 8(a) certified
company offering innovative solutions to a broad range of engineering,
health & safety, and environmental issues. PARS has strong expertise in
the areas of Engineering, IT, Audit and Compliance, Acquisition (Contracting
and Procurement), Mission Support and Logistics, including supply chain. The
personnel grades and corresponding labor rates that support this spectrum of
service at PARS is therefore very wide and offers a unique opportunity for
staffing programs and tasks with the most cost effective mix of skill sets
and labor rates. The PARS Team
includes four Teammates. A carefully selected team of subcontractors
was formed to complement PARS’s capabilities to effectively and economically
meet the total needs of all Warfare Centers. These Teammates all bring
unique expertise that can be brought to bear on Navy needs. They have a
long history of outstanding performance and a proven record of working and
communicating effectively. In response to Seapower 21, one step to increase
efficiency was to group the Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC) and the
Naval Undersea Warfare Centers (NUWC) into seven Geographic Zones. PARS Team has a strong presence in all
seven Zones. Further, the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and the
Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) have aligned to provide seamless
integrated support for twelve core Product Area Directorates. The
product areas are lead by Product Area Directors that notionally are very
small planning and oversight offices. The day-to-day project
management, planning, staffing and project execution will be provided by the
geographically diverse NSWC and NUWC Divisions. These twelve core
Product Areas were parsed into twenty-one Functional Areas. The PARS Team has a strong capability in
all twenty-one Functional Areas. The PARS Team encourages you to visit our Website and get a sense of our commitment and capability. We look forward to working together to keep our Navy the BEST in the World. |
