Health Benefits

PARS currently pays 100% of health care premiums and maintains full time employee benefits that provide Medical & Dental Coverage for Employees.  Full time salary employees are eligible to participate in our insurance programs on the first day of the month following their 30-day eligibility period.  In addition, PARS employees are also eligible to sign-up for a Flexible Spending Account to help with planned medical and child care costs throughout the year.

Work – Life Balance

PARS gives staff members at least 18 days of paid time off for each full calendar year and 8 paid holidays.  In addition, employees are allotted separate time if they need to take leave for the following:

PARS also has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which helps you and your dependents address everyday challenges, from managing workplace stress, to family matters like parenting, education, financial, and legal questions, as well as emotional well-being. The EAP provides 24-hour access to professional counselors, including face-to-face visits as needed.

Ongoing Educational Opportunities

PARS pays continuing education and professional training such as OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations, CPR/First Aid, API WorkSafe training, and continuing education requirements to maintain professional licensure. Employees are compensated for their time spent in training. In addition, we fund additional professional training and continuing education for our employees to help meet personal and professional goals.
