Our environmental services team is comprised of highly-trained and experienced engineers and scientists; environmental and remediation specialists; geologists; hydrogeologists; biologists, and environmental compliance specialists.
We also have four New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) on staff. These professionals are licensed to supervise remediations in the state of New Jersey under the Site Remediation Reform Act, N.J.S.A. 58:10C-1 et seq. (SRRA), which was adopted by the state in May 2012.

PARS is performing a Remedial Action, Feasibility Study and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of a Groundwater Extraction System at the Savanna Army Depot in Savanna, IL, on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville. This project includes removal and disposal of railroad ties, soil remediation, preparation of CERCLA RoD for site clean-up; along with ongoing O&M of groundwater extraction/soil flushing system.
PARS performed an Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. on behalf fo the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore. Tasks included cleaning in place, removal, recycling and closure of 10 fuel and kerosene USTs. Other work included excavation, manifesting, off-site beneficial reuse of over 2,500 tons of petroleum-contaminated soil, de-watering of excavations, groundwater remediation, backfilling and hydroseeding.
PARS conducted a complex HTRW remedial investigation and performs ongoing remedial action and optimization activities at the Former Defense Supply Center in Philadelphia, PA, on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia. Some tasks include groundwater and vapor monitoring; installation of air sparging, soil vapor extraction and LNAPL recovery systems; installation of vapor barriers; downhole direct sensing surveys; regulatory site closure (PADEP Act 2).
